We'll make joining Harris as a recent graduate as easy and simple as possible. Starting with an orientation, you'll be introduced to the company, your department and the surrounding area. But we also do even more. Beyond our GRAD (Graduate Acclimation and Development) Organization, we have other professional and social organizations to help you acclimate. We want you to be happy, productive and full of new ideas. Orientation Your first steps at a new company are sometimes your most important. Our orientation program will acclimate you to our culture while covering basic things like benefits and schedules, and some not-basic things like planning your career path. This is where you get the tools and resources you need to make a difference from day one. GRAD Organization The transition from college to the business world is difficult. That's why Harris created the GRAD Organization. Every year, 200 college graduates enter the Harris GRAD Organization in order to ease the transition a bit. Consisting of sporting events, community service projects, social events and career assistance, the Organization gives you an opportunity to meet other recent grads, learn the ropes at Harris, give back to the community and have a little fun.
