How do we work at Harris? We expect each other to come up with ideas that will lead an industry. You'll find this in every department and every division. Below are just a sample of career paths that you can take, skills you can learn and amazing things you can do. Engineering: As you can see, after starting as an Engineer your immediate path is to a Sub Task Leader and then a Task Leader. From here though, your options really open up. We offer career paths that can take you into Project and Systems Engineering or into the role of a Group Leader. And these roles could be in different business units, different offices and in different countries. After that, you could work your way into Program Management or Business Development. Harris can help you grow as far as you want. Finance: Right out of school, you can join Harris as a Program Financial Analyst, and then grow to become a Program Lead Financial Analyst. After that, things get interesting. With finance functions in all of our divisions, you can grow into a role as a Group Leader, Supervisor or a Business Area Lead Financial Analyst. How far you go just depends on your motivation and your skill. We'll also help you gain new skills along the way so you can make that next step into senior management. |
